Rodman is a Principal in the Private Equity Group.

Prior to joining York, Rodman worked at Platinum Private Equity, a global private equity firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions and operations of companies that provide mission-critical products and services in a diverse set of industries. Prior to Platinum Equity, Rodman worked as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in their Consumer & Retail investment banking group.

Rodman earned a BS in Business Administration from the Gordon S. Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
