Alex joined York in March 2022 and is an Associate of the Firm. Prior to joining York, he worked at Bank of America in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings.

Alex holds a BA in Economics from Union College.
